खबर एशियन न्यूज चैनल से हैं यहां कुछ दिन पहले एक खबर Media4samachar पर प्रकाशित की गई थी की राज्यों को गुमराह कर एशियन न्यूज चैनल ने लूटा करोड़ों का विज्ञापन 

इसी खबर पर Media4samachar संस्थान को Asian न्यूज चैनल प्रबंधन ने लीगल नोटिस भेजा हैं,पढ़िए

Dear Editor,

I am writing to you under the authority and on behalf of my client, Mr. Vishal Deshpande, authorised representative of Asian News, in relation to a highly defamatory and factually incorrect article recently published on your respective digital platforms, allegedly based on the complaint submitted by Mr. Ravi Sahu (a former employee of Asian News).

We are constrained to state that neither of your editorial teams approached our organisation for clarification, response, or comment prior to publishing the said article. This reflects a serious breach of journalistic ethics and responsibility. You failed to perform basic verification or to seek our side of the story—an essential duty of any media outlet when publishing potentially damaging allegations.

The article in question, available at the following URLs:

…contains baseless, malicious, and defamatory statements regarding Asian News, including false claims about advertising practices, financial conduct, compliance with PR Department norms, and internal operations.

These allegations have been manufactured and circulated by Mr. Ravi Sahu with the sole intent to malign the reputation of our organisation and its representatives. His claims have already been addressed through a formal legal notice, served on him today (07.07.2025), highlighting the legal violations involved, including defamation (Sections 356 of BNS, 2023), cyber defamation (Section 67 of the IT Act, 2000), and unauthorised possession of confidential company data.

We therefore call upon you to:

Immediately take down the above-mentioned article from your website and related platforms.

Send us written confirmation of the removal within 24 hours of receipt of this mail.

Refrain from publishing any further defamatory or unverified content related to Asian News without verifying facts or seeking our response.

Failure to take immediate corrective action will be deemed as your direct complicity and active involvement in the illegal and defamatory actions initiated by Mr. Ravi Sahu. In such case, appropriate civil and criminal proceedings shall be initiated against your platform and responsible editorial personnel under the applicable provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant laws of India.

We hope better sense will prevail and you will act responsibly.
