I am writing to you under the authority and on behalf of My Media4samachar Founder Mr.Rahul Mishra

According to the information received in your news channel organization, the salary for the months of July and August has not been paid, on which a news was published by our organization Media4samachar. On that news, the female head of department Pooja ji working in the digital department on behalf of your organization used abusive words in a conversation with the founder of Media4samachar, Rahul Mishra ji, and pressurized him to remove the news and used words like I will see if the news is not removed.

We therefore call upon you to:

If you have paid salary for July and August then send me its Bank statement

Send an apology letter from Bharat Express Channel within 24 hours for using or talking wrongly words use.

Necessary Action should be taken against the Lady HOD & send me Letter

Failure to take immediate corrective action will be deemed as your direct complicity and active involvement,In such case, appropriate civil and criminal proceedings shall be initiated against your News Channel and responsible editorial personnel

Action will be taken under Section 79 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS)

We hope better sense will prevail and you will act responsibly.
