Subject: Non-Payment of Salary Amounting to ₹33,06,900/- and Mental Harassment

Sir/Madam,
I,RAVI KUMAR MEENA, hereby serve upon you the following legal notice:
Employment Details
I have been working with your organisation,SRISHTIVINAYAK ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA PRIVTE LIMITED since 1 NOV 2022 in the capacity of HEAD-TV & DIGITAL.. My work has been carried out with full dedication, sincerity, and in compliance with the terms of my employment contract.

Non-Payment of Salary
Despite fulfilling all my duties and responsibilities, my legitimate salary for the period From 1 NOV 2022 amounting to ₹33,06,900/- has not been paid to me till date. This is a gross violation of the terms of my employment agreement, the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, and other applicable labour laws.

Mental Harassment
During my tenure, I have been subjected to repeated instances of mental harassment, humiliation, and undue pressure by the management adversely affecting my mental health and professional reputation. Such conduct amounts to a serious offence under the Indian Penal Code, 1860, as well as a violation of my fundamental rights under the Constitution of India.

Cause of Action
Your failure to disburse my rightful salary and the continuous acts of harassment constitute breach of contract, unfair labour practice, and actionable offences under both civil and criminal law.

Demand
Through this notice, I hereby call upon you to:

Immediately release the outstanding salary of ₹33,06,900/- along with applicable interest @ 12% per annum from the date it became due till the date of payment.

Issue a written apology for the mental harassment caused to me.

Cease and desist from any further acts of harassment.

Failure to Comply
If you fail to comply with the above demands of receipt of this notice, I shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you before the competent court, including but not limited to:

Filing a civil suit for recovery of dues along with interest and damages.

Initiating criminal proceedings under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code for harassment and mental torture.

Approaching the Labour Commissioner and other statutory authorities for redressal.

All costs, expenses, and legal fees incurred in pursuing this matter shall be claimed from you.
This notice is issued without prejudice to any other legal rights and remedies available to me in law or equity.
